the make-up lesson takes place within the same course period whenever possible.
Unused lessons cannot be transferred to future periods and are not refundable.
In justified exceptional cases, an alternative arrangement may be agreed upon in advance with the instructors. Retroactive exceptions are excluded.

Referral credits are only granted after the referred participant has fully paid their course fee.
Dance partners registered together are not considered referrals.
11. Health, Insurance, and Liability
Participation in classes, workshops, and events is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to participate and that they maintain adequate accident and liability insurance coverage.
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Salsabrosa excludes liability for injuries, accidents, theft, loss of personal belongings, or damages arising from participation in activities or use of the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

These GTC are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the registered office of Salsabrosa GmbH, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
19. Non-Binding Dance Floor Side Effects

excessive smiling after classes;
-
sudden improvements in posture or musical taste;
-
spontaneous use of Spanish expressions;

compliments received while dancing Salsa or Bachata.
-
Participants further acknowledge that prolonged exposure to Latin music and social dancing may result in:
-
improved cultural awareness;
-
accidental language acquisition;
-
stronger opinions about timing and musicality; and
-
the realization that “just one class” rarely stays just one class.
-
Any resulting coolness, charisma, or dance addiction shall not constitute grounds for refund or legal claims.
