Salsabrosa is a vibrant Latin dance school in Central Switzerland, offering Salsa and Bachata classes alongside other exciting styles such as Kizomba, Zouk, Belly Dance, Lady Style, and private lessons across multiple disciplines.
With locations in Lucerne and Wettingen, we welcome dancers from across the region—whether you’re looking for Salsa in Lucerne, exploring the local scene near Ebikon, Cham, or Baden, or simply searching for high-quality Bachata courses in a friendly environment. Our weekly program includes everything from foundations to advanced training, including popular formats like Salsa New York Style (On1/On2), Salsa Cubana, and Bachata Tradicional and Bachata Sensual, with a strong focus on technique, musicality, and connection.
Beyond our regular courses, we host special workshops and intensives with a variety of Salsa and Bachata styles, plus international guest teachers bringing fresh inspiration through Zouk, Reggaeton, Rumba, and more.
We also run multiple dance companies—ranging from amateur to professional—offering performances and shows for dance congresses, workshops, corporate events, and special occasions in Switzerland and abroad. Salsa Styles
Rhythm, passion, connection
Salsa New York Style (On 2 & On 1)
Focuses on precision, timing, and musical structure. Dancers develop strong technique, clean lines, and refined partner connection while learning to interpret the music with clarity, control, and elegant movement.
Salsa Puerto Rican Style
Known for its smoothness and flow, this style emphasizes musicality, sharp footwork, and elegant transitions. Classes focus on balance, posture, and expressive partner work that feels natural and effortless.
Salsa Cubana
Brings a playful, dynamic energy rooted in Afro-Cuban movement and rhythm. With circular motion, body movement, and strong musical connection, this style encourages freedom of expression.
Bachata Styles
Emotion, flow, expression
Bachata Tradicional
Focuses on rhythm, footwork, and authentic movement inspired by classic Bachata music. Dancers develop timing, connection, and a grounded feel that builds a strong foundation.
Bachata Sensual
Explores smooth transitions, controlled body movement, and deep partner connection. Classes focus on technique, musical interpretation, and safe, clear communication.
Bachata Musicality & Body Movement
Helps dancers understand accents, breaks, and textures in the music, while body movement training improves fluidity, balance, and expression.
